Our Referral program guidelines are as follow:

• First come first serve (first person to refer tenants become eligible for referral reward)
• Perspective resident must give your name and address at time of application
• The referral credit is $100
• You earn your $100 referral credit after your referal:
  • Is approved and physically moves into property
  • Has paid first and second month’s rent on-time and in-full
• Referral credit can either be paid to you in cash, or deducted from your next month’s rental payment
• A maximum of two referral credits can be used in any given month
• You may accumulate as many ‘Referral Credits’ as you like, but once rewarded they must be used within six months
